After a great deal of consideration and discussion, we have decided to retire the WeaveUp iOS app on Wednesday, February 22. We came to this decision after weighing the benefits of an iOS app with our ability to support it long-term. By retiring the app, we will be focusing all of our efforts on continuing to improve your online WeaveUp experience. Our website works on smartphones, tablets, and desktops alike. Your login credentials are the same across all platforms, and your color customizations and custom uploads will always appear in the same place - on your My WeaveUp page. Questions? Concerns? Comments? Let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are thrilled to announce WeaveUp's first global partnership! We are teaming up with Materialised, an Australian textile specialist and early adopter of digital printing. Materialised will be utilizing our new Print Room Optimizer software and their commercial clients will be shopping our catalog of customizable designs. Learn more about this partnership after the jump.
The biggest design news of the year surfaced a few weeks ago - the announcement of Pantone's 2017 color of the year. The winner was Greenery, a zesty hue reminding us of the refreshment of spring and the hope that new life brings.
Have you been seeing lush, vibrant wallpaper adorning your Pinterest feed or favorite blogs? Are you wondering how to bring it to your home? Good news! WeaveUp is entering the world of wallcoverings! We think wallpaper is another great way to help you customize your home. Soon, coordinating color and patterns across fabrics and walls will be quicker, easier, and less stressful than ever.
Here at WeaveUp, we believe in the power of color. Color can transform a space, change your mood, or brighten your day. The more we worked with our Huesteria™ Palette, the more we felt the good vibes this gorgeous color grid exudes, and an idea sparked. What if we could take our favorite color palette out into the world, everyday? The Huesteria™ Apparel Collection was born.
We are thrilled to announce that our Design Library has reached an exciting milestone. There are now over 10,000 fabric patterns in our Library. This includes both original uploaded artwork and published color or repeat derivatives of these designs. This means there are now over 10,000 designs you can shop, print, feel inspired by, quilt with, refresh your dining room drapes with... the possibilities are endless! Stop settling for store bought fabric or prints that are too big or too small - WeaveUp allows you to create the repeat, color, and scale you need to make your finished product look perfect. This could not have been possible without you, our users, embracing the products and tools we've built. We want to offer a big THANK YOU to our community of textile artists, crafters, designers, industry professionals, and fabric shoppers alike.
