You can now make completely custom clothing using your fabric designs and our Stretch Knit jersey! Read on to learn more.

Your reaction to our Huesteria leggings convinced us that we needed to add that same fabulous fabric to our custom print lineup. Today, it’s official: you can now order printed yardage or samples of our newest fabric, Stretch Knit.

Stretch Knit is a medium-weight knit ideal for everyday apparel, athleisure, or activewear. The polyester/spandex blend wicks sweat away from skin to keep you cool and comfortable all day. This fabric is seriously soft, too. Wearing it is like a second skin.

Stretch Knit sews like a dream – smooth, easy, and without much fuss – unlike many knit fabrics. Be sure to use a ball point needle designed for medium weight knits, as other needles can break the fabric yarns. We suggest ironing hems before sewing to make sure the flexible fabric doesn’t move around when stitching.

We sewed a cozy wrap printed with Shibori Kaleidoscope by WeaveUp Featured Artist Brandy Evans-Moore. We used this quick and easy tutorial from By Brittany Goldwyn.

We also had two design samples on hand and our tendency against waste led us to sew this reversible head wrap! We tweaked this DIY from Delia Creates to create a yoga-perfect, errand-perfect, workday-perfect accessory. This headband features one of our favorite designs, Las Olas by artist lorchard, in two different colorways.

Now you can print your images, artwork, or textile designs on this stellar jersey fabric. The colors are ultra vivd and the print is detailed and sharp.
